Welcome to Denver Connection West
"With the mountains in our backyard and more than 300 days of sunshine a year, expansive thinking comes naturally in Metro Denver. Our young, highly educated workforce attracts industries as diverse as aerospace, aviation, bioscience, energy, financial services, and information technology. And business continues to flourish, given our favorable tax environment and affordable cost of living. No wonder Metro Denver tops the list of most livable and business-friendly cities.“

Residents enjoy an active lifestyle with 40 acres of parks and amenities, including a dog park/wash, a “community hub” for entertainment and socializing, and a soon-to-be-built 10-acre city park. New retail amenities are already located on the east side of Denver Connection West. Large employers such as Panasonic, Kärcher, and the Anschutz Medical Campus are a short drive away. The Anschutz Medical Campus and Fitzsimons Life Science District redevelopment project consists of one square mile undergoing a $5.2 billion transformation at the northwest corner of I-225 and Colfax Avenue. The site, which currently employs approximately 20,000, is home to the University of Colorado Denver health sciences operations, the University of Colorado Hospital, Children’s Hospital Colorado, the new Veterans Administration Hospital, and several other centers for healthcare, biomedical research, and workforce development.
Immediately to the west, Denver boasts the world’s largest and most state-of-the-art sports and entertainment complex, Dick’s Sporting Goods Park, which includes a professional stadium and fields. Dick’s Sporting Goods Park hosts camps, clinics, national tournaments, and international events throughout the year. The complex also serves as the home of the Colorado Rapids Soccer Academy and the Arsenal Center of Excellence. The stadium will host the 2014 FIL World Lacrosse Championships.
Light rail trips to DIA and Downtown from the 40th Avenue and Peña Boulevard station are also conveniently located, making Denver Connection West a premier location in which to live!
